Ordering process

When you place an order with di Lusso Estate your details are sent encrypted to us using SSL Certificate protocol.

Once your order has been placed please note your order number supplied on the last screen of the ordering process. After we have processed your credit card and your order has been picked you will receive an email confirming an estimated delivery date, this is your tax invoice.

Payment and pricing

We accept payment by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club). We process your credit card manually to allow us to make sure we have the item or items in stock before we charge your card. All prices are stated in Australian dollars.

Carrier & Shipping Method

Our wine is delivered by a reputable courier service.

Should there be any extraordinary delays in our handling of your order, we will contact you to keep you informed. Should you be unhappy with the delay, we will refund all monies we have billed and cancel the order.
