Fiano has a light texture – similar to Pinot Grigio, but slightly fuller with a more tropical nose. This southern Italian classic has a tropical palate, with a touch of macadamia.  Fiano pairs well with an assortment of dishes including seafood, creamy cheese styles, vegetarian and pasta. 

Vino Rosato is our classic rosé, comprising about 85% Sangiovese.. Light and fresh, with a dry finish, the wine delivers lifted flavours of spicy cherry and strawberry. A great lunch time wine, to accompany a squid salad, red meats, vitello tonnato or one of our pizzas.

Native to Sicily, Nero d’Avola is one of Italy's best-known and respected wines. Medium-bodied, its sweet tannins and peppery plumb flavours remind one of a gentle Shiraz. This wine will provide a good match for hearty beef and pork dishes.

Our version of this famous red blend "Super Tuscan" style from the Marrema sub-region of south-west Tuscany. The Cabernet Sauvignon component gives the wine its firm structure. Flavours of blackberry and blueberry  are attributes of the Cabernet and Barbera, while its savoury touch comes compliments of the Sangiovese. Toasty French oak carries across the palate, with flavours of chocolate and spice. Match with just about any red meat or hard cheese.

Aleatico shows a dark ruby red colour, with lifted Turkish delight and rose water flavours, faintly spiced with cinnamon. Carries a palate of medium weight and gentle sweetness.
