Viticulture and Harvest
This wine is made from Arneis and Picolit, all sourced from either di Lusso vineyards or from within Mudgee.
The Arneis is fermented dry, and sweetened with Picolit so that the residual sugar is 35 g/L.
Floral aromatics. Sweet apple, pear and sherberty acid gives this wine a fresh, lively palate.
