The fruit for this vintage was sourced from Molong.
The wine was crushed, pressed and settled so that the ferment was conduced with a perfectly clear juice. The wine was fermented at a cool temperature to dryness.
Typical to Pinot Grigio is a textured peach and almond kernel character that weighs in on a pear and citrus palate. The finish is clean and fresh.
Age will yield a full and rich palate with characters of honey-lemon and zesty marmelade.
