This vintage is flavoured with caramel and matured in oak casts for two years. Aged for two years in French oak barrels before bottling. Analysis pH 4, Residual sugar 250+ g/L1, Alcohol 7.4.

Tasting Notes

Dopo Cena – “After Dinner” a gentle after dinner fortified muscat which offers flavours of rich raisin, chocolate and vanilla.. This vintage is flavoured with caramel and matured in oak casts for two years before bottling. A pleasant, warming nightcap after dinner with Belgian chocolate. Traditionally enjoyed with biscotti to soften the impact of the sweetness.

May be cellared for 10 years.
