Latest release! A crisp, floral white wine from northern Italy with flavours of pear, with just a hint of melon and almonds. A wine to be enjoyed with salads, seafood or chicken.
Notes of peach, melon and hazelnut. The palate is dry and medium- bodied with light tannins, tropical fruit flavours and a long finish. Great with cheeses, salads or chicken.
Fiano has a light texture – similar to Pinot Grigio, but slightly fuller with a more tropical nose. This southern Italian classic has a tropical palate, with a touch of macadamia. Fiano pairs well with an assortment of dishes including seafood, creamy cheese styles, vegetarian and pasta.
Crisp, refreshing flavours of peach and almond kernel with a pear and citrus palate. Clean, fresh finish with notes of red apple. Great with apple salad, salt and pepper squid, or a bowl of creamy shellfish.
Aromas of pear, stone fruit and almonds. Despite its ripeness, the palate has food matching acidity, and the medium-bodied palate is long and clean with more than a hint of Vermentino’s classic saltiness. A good match for a wide range of dishes, from seafood risotto to Moroccan chicken.
